I, the undersigned, understand I am applying to adopt a/an equine(s) from Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue, INC (hereinafter referred to as HOP). I understand that I am applying to adopt, and I understand that I may not be able to adopt the equine I am interested in for various reasons. I understand no reasons will be disclosed if the application is denied. I agree to not request this information. I agree to not speak against the rescue publicly based on a denial of this application. I understand I am welcome to submit a new application after 1 year if this application isn't approved. I agree to notify said references ahead of time they will be interviewed and to request those required contact HOP. I realize applications must be approved by the Board of Directors unanimously. I agree to hold Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue, INC, its board, directors, fosters and all affiliates blameless and free of any liability should I be approved to adopt from this organization and visit any of the facilities where rescue horses are located and incur any injury while visiting the equines whether while riding or handling the horses in any manner. I understand HOP does not know the histories of the adoptable horses, and If I am approved, I will handle and ride the equine I'm interested in at my own risk.
