Photo Permissions: Occasionally we take photos or videos of the children to update parents or as a gift to the parents. These photos/videos will not be sold or shared with any other company.

TERMS: All swim lessons are approximately 30 minutes in length. Longer lessons will be prorated.

RATES PER LESSON, PER SWIMMER: Private (1:1)-CI$50.00, Semi-Private (2:1)-CI$30.00ea., or Small Group (3-6:1)-CI$25.00ea

PAYMENTS: A monthly statement will be sent via email on or before the 5th of each month. This statement includes all lessons from the previous month and any past due lessons. The balance is due upon receipt. We do accept cash and checks deposited directly into our account at any Butterfield branch. We prefer online bank transfers through Butterfield Bank. SBA is listed in the “payee” drop down menu as, “Sky Blue Limited T/A Sky Blue Aquatics”. All payments that are more that 30 days late (past the statement date) will incur a CI$25.00 late fee every 30 days until the invoice is settled.

CANCELLATIONS: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations of less than 24 hours be charged in full. Due to the busy schedules of our instructors, “make-up lessons” at a different time cannot not be offered. If a lesson is accidentally forgotten, the instructor will wait 15 minutes at your location and try to contact you, then proceed to their next lesson. The lesson will be charged in full. It is much appreciated when advanced notice is provided for family holidays so your instructor can try to fill the time-slot while you are away.

ATTENDANCE: Consistency is key in swimming! Anyone who misses 50% or more of their lessons in any 6 week period, will automatically forfeit their time slot or space. If your current time slot is no longer convenient, please reach out to your instructor or the office and we will reply with options.

POOL CONDITIONS: As we travel to your home pool or condo, we are unaware of the daily pool conditions. Please always check the pool conditions 24 hours before the lesson. If the pool is not in swimmable conditions, please notify the instructor immediately. If we arrive at the pool and it's not suitable for lessons, we charge in full.

WEATHER: Classes will be held rain or shine depending on the age/ability of the swimmer. If the lesson needs to be cancelled (No Charge) due to unsafe conditions such as heavy rain, thunder and lightning, your instructor will contact you. All instructors monitor the pool temperatures. If the water temp. drops below 24.5ºC (76ºF), the lesson will be cancelled by the instructor at NO charge. Please assume the lesson will go forward if you do not hear from us. Short notice of cancellation is unavoidable sometimes due to the peculiarity of the island’s weather. Should severe weather occur during a lesson, there is no charge if the lesson is less than 15 minutes in duration.
