Terms and Conditions to volunteer as a collector for Daffodil Day:
No smoking or vaping is allowed either when collecting, or around the collection points.
Collector identification provided by the Cancer Society must be worn. Collectors must be clean and tidy, and in neat attire.
If you are under the age of 16 years, you will need to arrange your own adult supervision.
Please listen and follow all instructions given by your Daffodil Day Area Coordinator.
Collection sites are regulated, collectors must only collect at the designated site. It is not permitted at any time to enter the road to collect donations.
Collection buckets are not to be opened under any circumstances, and no change is to be given. Fabric daffodils are exchanged for a donation.
By submitting this form, you agree to have your contact details shared with your local Daffodil Day Area Coordinator, who is a volunteer member of the public. They will only contact you for the purpose of organising the Daffodil Day Street Collection.
The information collected here will be stored in a secure database by the Cancer Society, Canterbury-West Coast for the purpose of volunteering and fundraising for its services and to keep you informed of its activities. The Cancer Society, Canterbury-West Coast may contact you by mail, email and telephone unless you request them not to.

What happens next?
You will be contacted by a Daffodil Day Area Coordinator from late July to early August. Your Area Coordinator will finalise all times and arrangements with you.
