Wartburg provides an online non-emergency crime report form below for the campus community. Report criminal activity (e.g., assault, theft, drugs or vandalism), or incidents that threaten the civility of our community, that has occurred on or off campus.

This form should not be used for an emergency. If this is an emergency please call campus security at 319-352-9999 or 911. If you provided contact information we will respond to your report within 48 hours.
