For group planning we implement a service retainer of $200.00 which includes:
- Unlimited quotes for the group leader until the package is to satisfaction.
- Negotiation for exclusive perks at the resort for the group leader.
- Preparation of website and group booking page which will include ALL information pertaining to the trip.
- Coordination of group excursions/tours.
- Applying guests deposits/Monthly payments.
- Replying to all guest inquiries via email/telephone.
- Serve as a liaison between guests and the resort before, and during travel to ensure a memorable and worry free experience.
Once you hit "submit", you will be redirected to our payment page. Please note that this payment MUST be received before our Travel Consultants begin working on your travel quote.
