It's time for FUN, FOOD and FELLOWSHIP at our SOJOURN SPRING FAMILY PICNIC!
With the fun, food and fellowship comes the NEED FOR VOLUNTEERS to make the day a happy success for everyone.
Sandy Settles is our Event's Coordinator. Direct any set-up, break-down, serving, and clean-up questions to her.
Matthew Carter is in charge of the GAMES for the day. Direct any gaming questions to him.

Please choose your desired area to server:
Set-UP (help set-up: canopy tents, tables, chairs, grilling station etc...)
Break-Down (help take down, & put away: canopy test, tables, chairs, grills etc...)
Serve (help organize food & dessert tables, help organize condiments & paper products, help organize drinks station)
Grilling (man the grills, cook the hamburgers & hotdogs, and wrap in foil)
Clean-Up (help: wipe down tables & chairs, collect trash & take to dumpster, etc...)
Games (help set-up games, before & during picnic; help rally the people to play; help keep everyone safe during the games; help clean-up & put away the games)
