Lunar New Year Pop-Up Collective at M-City Shopping Centre ?

In addition to our regular monthly events, Melbourne Cheeky Monkey Market is excited to present a special Lunar New Year–themed market at M-City Shopping Centre!

The Lunar New Year is just around the corner, and we invite you to be part of this vibrant celebration as we welcome the Year of the Horse. This festive event will bring the community together for a joyful experience filled with culture, colour, food, and entertainment, offering an incredible platform for your business to shine.

? What’s happening on the day?
The centre will be hosting a range of entertainment, including:

* Lunar New Year craft activities
* Food sampling
* Kids Craft
* Giveaways & More
* Traditional **Lion Dance & Dragon Dance** performances

?️ We’re looking for stallholders offering (but not limited to):

* Traditional Lunar New Year decorations and artwork
* Authentic Asian cuisine *(no cooking on site)*
* Arts, crafts, and handmade goods
* Gift items, accessories, and clothing
* Seasonal plants and flowers
* Zodiac-inspired products

? In the spirit of Lunar New Year, all stallholders must use red tablecloths.
(Black or white tablecloths are not permitted.)

? Stall Information

**Single Stall Includes:**

* 1 × trestle table (1.8m x 75cm)
* 1 × small side display item (rack or display to form an “L” shape)
* Public Liability Insurance suitable for trading inside shopping centres

**Double Stall Includes:**

* 2 × trestle tables (1.8m x 75cm each)
* 2 × small side display items
* Public Liability Insurance suitable for trading inside shopping centres

⚠️ **Important Display Guidelines:**

* Maximum height for racks, banners, or displays is **1.5 metres**
* All displays require **approval from centre management**

? Important Notes

* Stall location requests may be submitted but **cannot be guaranteed**
* Final placement is determined by Market Management and centre management
* Once your application is received, confirmation will be sent via email
* An invoice will be issued prior to the event
* **Payment must be received by the due date to secure your booking**
* Failure to pay or communicate by the due date will result in cancellation
* **No refunds** are available for change of mind or inability to attend
