A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please only submit this form if you have received a confirmation on pricing & scheduling from Touche Studios either by phone or email. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Studio Parking: 

Parking is available in front of the studio where Touche Studios parking signs are located. Touche Studios is not responsible for cars towed for parking in other areas.

Late fees: 

Please check your calendar to ensure there are no conflicts with your scheduled photography session.  Moving forward, Touché Studios will no longer waive late fees as we have often done in the past. Starting January 1, 2013, if the client is more than 30 minutes late for their photography session, late fees will be incurred automatically. The only exception is if the client has notified the studio at least 24 hours prior to the shoot date to make alternate arrangements. Touché Studios late fee schedule is as follows:  The first 30 minutes the client is late they will be charged an additional $50.00 which must be paid prior to the start of their shoot. After 45 minutes, if the client has not called Touché Studios to make their current status known, Touché Studios reserves the right to cancel the clients scheduled photo shoot. Client will forfeit original booking fee and must pay an additional booking fee to reschedule their photography session with Touché Studios. 
Please include late fees with your payment. 

Image Distribution: 

Your images will be administered to you in the form of a DVD Disc or made available for you to view online. If your images are made available online, they remain online for only 90 days after your shoot. You will receive an email from Touché Studios when the images have been uploaded. Once the 90 days has elapsed there is a $75.00 research fee attached to pulling all archived files. The download cannot be completed on a mobile device and will need to be completed on that of a laptop or desktop computer. 

Image Release: 

All Images are released to clients within 48 to 72 business hours unless otherwise stated during your production. 

Retouching: 

Touché Studios handles all of its own retouching. Turnaround time on retouched images is 15-30 business days. You can pay a rush fee of $25.00 per image to have your images retouched faster. Also, for any additional retouched images there is a $25.00 fee per image. 

Permission for Image Release: 

Touché Studios will only release project images to the party responsible for payment. Should you choose to commission your own team we do not release images to Makeup Artist, Wardrobe Stylist, Models, or Secondary Parties that may have been a part of the production. Distribution of all images will be done through that of the paying client. Please be certain to inform your team of our policy in advance. 

Time is of the essence for receipt of full payment or 50% deposit under this Agreement. NO RIGHTS ARE GRANTED UNLESS AND UNTIL PHOTOGRAPHER HAS RECEIVED PAYMENT IN FULL. ANY USE PRIOR TO FULL PAYMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED AN UNAUTHORIZED USE. CLIENT AGREES THAT THE REASONABLE AND STIPULATED AMOUNT THAT WILL BE PAID TO PHOTOGRAPHER FOR USE PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DOUBLE THE INVOICE TOTAL. All invoices are due upon receipt. Adjustments of amounts or terms must be requested within ten days of invoice receipt. Photographer does not provide any receipts to Client. Photographer’s invoice will serve as Client’s receipt for work performed and services rendered.

By submitting payment you are acknowledging that you are in agreement with the term of Touché Studios.
