Vacation By Paris charges a non-refundable Vacation Planning Fee(2) per booking or consulting request. This a separate fee from the total trip cost and must be paid prior to a Personal Travel Specialist/Consultant beginning any research, booking or consulting services. Two quotes per planning fee, if you wish to have another quote an additional planning fee will be requested.

(2) Vacation Planning Fee consists of two quotes per request.

(3) Quotes consist of one (1) destination, selected date(s) of travel, choice of hotel/resort, one flight, car rental, train, etc., (Limit two). Any changes ie. destination, dates, hotel/resort, or mode of transport will result in an additional Vacation Planning Fee per request.

Individual Vacation Planning Fee: $30
4 rooms, no more than 8 guests

Small Group Vacation Planning Fee: $60
5 – 10 rooms, no more than 20 guests

Large Group Vacation Planning Fee: $100
11 rooms are more, 21 or more guests

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendors' very strict cancellation policies. I understand that if I elect to decline Travel Insurance I am responsible for any cancellation penalties and all out-of-pocket expenses that may occur. I will also make my own provisions in the event of an emergency while I'm away if I elected to forgo travel insurance.

Some vendors require travel insurance for payment plans. If you decline travel insurance you are responsible for any fees, modifications and cancellation policies.
