A limited number of grants can be offered to students from sub-Saharan African countries. Grants cover tuition and university registration fees for the Master of Global Health for the 2024-2025 academic year.

  • You must submit a video of no more than 10MB and 03:00 minutes* in which you address the following questions:
    —Why are you applying for the Global Health Scholarship?
    —How will attending the Master’s degree contribute to the development of your career?
    —How do you see yourself contributing to addressing the most pressing issues related to health equity in your community (local, national, regional, or global)?

    Candidates are strongly encouraged to submit a video (.mp4). However, in the case that this is not possible for technical reasons they may submit a written response addressing the same three questions of no more than 750 words.

  • In order to complete your Global Health Scholarship application, you must submit 2 letters of recommendation (professional or academic) focused on your work in Global Health or related fields. These letters must be submitted directly by the referees to formacion@isglobal.org including the referee's name, title, institution, email and telephone number.

  • The Fundación Privada Instituto de Salud Global Barcelona (ISGlobal) informs you about current regulations on personal data: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

    You freely give your image and exclusively and irrevocably give the corresponding image rights and intellectual property to ISGlobal, with the only purpose of participating in the Global Health Scholarship programme selection process. Transfer of rights contained in this form is made by the person who subscribes it freely, renouncing to receive any economic remuneration.

  • In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), we inform you that the data you provide will be processed by Fundación Instituto de Salud Global Barcelona (ISGlobal), NIF: G65341695; postal address: C/ Rosselló, 132, 7th floor, 08036 Barcelona.     The purpose of the data processing is to carry out course enrolment, handle student academic records, provide information of interest to students and former students, perform satisfaction surveys and track the progress of students and former students in the job market/professional world.

    The legal basis for this data processing comes from the consent provided by the persons concerned, who voluntarily accept the conditions and provide their data. The data is held until consent is withdrawn. The data will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent. Nor will it be transferred internationally.

    You may exercise your rights of data access, amendment, erasure, objection, restriction on the processing and portability established by the GDPR by writing to ISGlobal at the postal address of c/ Rosselló 132, 08036, Barcelona, or sending an email to lopd@isglobal.org. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
