    Carts will be allocated on a first in best dressed policy. In an attempt to enable more players to get a cart we are encouraging teams to share their second cart with the other team, which will allow 3 carts to service the group of 6 players.

    2. All participants must have a current valid GA handicap with a minimum of 3 handicapped rounds in the previous 12 months
    3. Competitors must be prepared to play at the time appointed by the committee or forfeit their place in the draw
    4. Format of event is a 3 person elimination ambrose with each team member requiring 5 drives
    5. Team Handicap is all 3 players daily handicap combined divided by 5
    6. Ties in every event will be decided on a countback
    7. No entry will be refunded unless scratchings are made 14 days before the commencement of the event
    8. THE COMMITTEE SHALL HAVE FULL CONTROL OF THE TOURNAMENT AND ITS DECISIONS IN ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE FINAL
