F/W 2024 KCFW Nightly Vendor Table Application
Thank you for your interest in participating in KCFW as a business vendor. We are now accepting applications for our September 2024 Vendor Booths during the KCFW Runway Shows at Union Station. Vendor booth fees are $150 per night.
Booths are available nightly, September 25-28, 2024. In order to have a space at our Saturday Finale runway show, you will need to participate in our Saturday Vendor Market. You can find that application on our website under the participate tab, under KCFW VENDORS. The fee for Saturday, September 28th is $400.
* Please note the following before submitting your information:
- If you are chosen, invoices will be sent and are required to be paid in full by August 1, 2024.
- You will be provided with a 30" x 72" table, black linen, and 2 chairs for your use. Additional items will be the vendor's responsibility (e.g., extension cords, lighting, display stands, rolling racks, etc.)
- There is no set dimension of space, as it may vary between event, venue, and number of participating businesses. However, space is unlikely to exceed 10'x10'.
- You may have up to 2 people working your table. Additional persons will not be permitted without prior approval from KCFW.
- You are responsible for set-up/tear-down of your space in accordance with the time frame set out by KCFW prior to the events.

Table Set-up 4:00 pm each evening
Runway Market Hours: 6:00 PM - 30 min after closing of show (est. 10 pm) In order to participate in the Saturday evening show, you must also be signed up for the Vendor market that day. See additional application for more details.
If having a table multiple evenings, you may leave your items set up overnight. Please note that while there is security on site at Union Station, KCFW cannot provide monitoring of your belongings nor be held responsible in the instance of theft or damage to any materials at your table.
