By entering, competitors agree to waive all claims against the promoting Organisers and their Officials or for any damage to or loss of any vehicle, its parts or accessories, for any damage caused by a vehicle Entrant.

Competitors entering or driving a passenger taking part, shall hereby waive any right of action at Law
against the Organisers and their Official Representatives or Agents with respect to these regulations or
to any matter arising therefrom.

No person without a valid driving licence shall drive a vehicle within the showfield.

Only passengers over the age of 13 shall ride on vehicles and only on those with with manufacturers provided passenger seating.
