A nominated officer or director shall be elected by ballot with a majority vote during the Ohio Soccer Association Annual General Meeting. Candidates for the Board of Directors, must pass a background check, be in good standings with OSA and not be a paid employee of OSA.

Candidates for the position of President and Vice President must also have previously served on the board of directors of a US Youth Soccer State Association for a minimum of 2 years.

All individuals seeking an elected position on the Board of Directors must submit an approved form by 11:59 PM on Thursday, January 2, 2025. Nominations from the floor shall not be allowed.
