$300 Meeting Registration Fee for Members and Non Members

Registration fee includes your attendance at all educational presentations, Wednesday evening reception and Thursday lunch.

WILL YOU ATTEND THE WEDNESDAY EVENING RECEPTION? *

7:00- 9:00 pm at the Embassy Suites. There is no additional charge for the reception but letting us know if you will attend will help us with planning.

WILL YOU PLAY IN THE GOLF TOURNAMENT? *

$105 PER GOLFER
Golf will be at the ON SITE course, The Preserve at Verdae after lunch on Thursday. Fee includes cart fee, 2 drink tickets and range balls.

WILL YOU (AND A GUEST) ATTEND THE THURSDAY NIGHT SOCIAL OUTING AT GROUP THERAPY? *

$125 PER PERSON
7:00 -10:00 pm. 3 hours of Axe Throwing, Mini Golf, Ice Curling and Ping Pong plus Dinner and Drinks at Group Therapy in Downtown Greenville.

As an attendee of the ICRI Fall Conference, I agree to conduct myself in a professional manner, to show common respect and courtesy for all other conference attendees and to refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior and speech.
