*Applications will be gathered and reviewed. The parade team will let you know if you meet criteria for the Lighted Santa Parade and fees collected upon acceptance.

*There is a 2 vehicle maximun for commercial entries

*All commercial entries have a $75 base fee and include one vehicle. Each additional vehicle is charged at $50 each. (PayPal, Credit or Debit) upon acceptance.

  • Each commercial entry is allowed one vehicle for the $75 fee. All additional vehicles are $50 each. Upon acceptance, we will process your application fees via credit card.
  • List N/A if there is no vehicle
  • We will have recorded music playing throughout the parade. We will only stop this music for marching bands, dance/drill performances.

    I have read the Puyallup Santa Parade rules and regulations. I agree to comply with all policies, rules and regulations governing participation in the parade. I further agree that my organization/individual(s) shall hold harmless and indemnify the Puyallup Main Street Association, the Puyallup Farmers' Market, the city of Puyallup, the Puyallup Kiwanis Club, their representatives, successors, agents and employees from any liabilities, injuries or damage of any kind including but not limited to attorney fees and other costs of responding to or defending acclaims or litigation which may occur from the organization of individual(s) participation in the Annual Puyallup Lighted Santa Parade.
