Sponsorship Agreement - AFP MA Chapter
Increase your organization’s recognition and build relationships among thousands of AFP members and associated professionals from not-for-profit organizations throughout Massachusetts. AFP MA programs draw decision-makers from the local philanthropic community including chief development officers, senior administrators, board members, and volunteers.

Sponsorship of AFP MA is a twelve-month engagement, ending on the anniversary of the enrollment. It includes visibility at all chapter programs plus year-long exposure in marketing materials, email communications to 7,000+ contacts weekly, and the chapter website. There is no other organization or annual conference that can reach the market that AFP MA can.

  • Agreements are binding upon receipt of payment.

  • Both parties agree that they are independent contractors and will have no power or authority to assume or create any obligation or responsibility on behalf of each other. The agreement will not be construed to create or imply a formal partnership, agency, or joint venture.

  • You can expect to receive a confirming email upon submission of this form. Sponsors submitting agreements by March 15 will be included in conference print materials. Agreements received after this date may not be included in printed materials.

  • Checks are payable to AFP MA Chapter, 465 Waverley Oaks, Suite 421, Waltham, MA 02452. The address will appear on your invoice as well. Please sign below.
