2025 Alabama Youth Leadership Conference

Conference Dates: November 10-11, 2025

Conference Location: Columbiana, Alabama at the 4-H Center

Registration Deadline: September 17, 2025

Students will be housed with other attendees of the same sex. If you apply to attend this conference, you agree to attend for its entirety. There will not be lodging, or meals provided or available for parents.

Age Requirements: Students must be in their freshman or sophomore year of high school Fall, 2025.

Cost: Attendee's tuition for the conference will be paid by the sponsoring County Federation and the Alabama Farmers Federation. The County Farmers Federation will receive an invoice for $75 per delegate prior to the conference.

Transportation: Transportation to and from the Alabama 4-H Center for the conference is the responsibility of the attendee and their parents.

Acceptance: Submission of this application DOES NOT ensure automatic acceptance. Applications will be reviewed by sponsoring County Federations. After applications are reviewed, all applicants will receive an email indicating whether the applicant has been accepted to participate in the conference or not. If accepted, information and permission forms will be included in the email and MUST be returned by October 10, 2025.
