Donation of Aviation Artifacts and Memorabilia
We're thrilled that you desire to help preserve aviation history. Thank you for considering the Planes of Fame Air Museum as the recipient of your aviation-related artifacts, personal items, or memorabilia. We are always interested in items from general, commercial, and military aviation (from early aviation to today).

As a first step in the process, we ask that you please complete this form in its entirety and submit it to us. Please note that the Planes of Fame Air Museum does not accept items on loan. All donations must involve a transfer of ownership title from the donor to the Planes of Fame Air Museum.

Our team of specialists will review and discuss the item(s) you identify to ensure that they are consistent with Museum goals and that we can properly care for these items. Please understand that even though we wish we could, not all items can be accepted. If your item(s) is accepted, we want you to further understand that acceptance is not a guarantee that the item(s) will be put onto public display at the Museum.

We will respond to you within one week of receipt of this form. Please know that we will not share or utilize the information you provide except for the intention of contacting you in regard to this donation.

  • Please tell us as much information as you can (i.e. Two cartons of US Army Air Force personal memorabilia from WWII-era including air goggles, gloves, Flight Log, Flight Suit) plus twenty photographs taken in Europe 1944 and 15 letters sent to my mother from my father while he was overseas).
