SALES LEAD - Roxy, ANZ - Boardriders

We are seeking expressions of interest for a commercially driven Sales Lead to take full ownership of revitalising and growing the Roxy brand across the region. This role leads all commercial sales strategy, drives financial performance, and expands distribution while elevating brand presence with women. You will guide a high-performing, regionally dispersed sales team, foster key account and independent market growth, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful sell-in and sell-through results. The position requires regular travel and offers potential to contribute across additional brand portfolios.
