* Guests are not permitted to have pets in the units.

* This form must be received at least (7) days in advance of your guest’s arrival.

House quests are subject to all rules and regulations of the Association. Owner/Tenant is responsible for all actions of their guest. Owner/Tenant and guest shall be jointly and severally liable for any violation of damages resulting from violation by the guest. It is the responsibility of the owner/tenant to provide the guest with a copy of the rules and regulations.

I am the owner of condo unit and am permitting use by the Primary Responsible Adult listed above and only the listed guests. I affirm we are receiving no compensation for the use of my unit. These courtesy guests are familiar with the condominium rules and agree to abide by them. I accept liability for any damage to the common areas and any disturbance caused by these guests. *
