USA Fencing invites applicants to be a part of a multisport group of coaches who work in underserved communities and will receive training and support as part of their 6-month commitment to learning. The Fellowship program has been designed to enable youth coaches to confidently coach young people, helping them develop essential skills and attributes both within and outside of their sport; to learn from other coaches working with youth, fostering an exchange of ideas and best practices; and to feel supported in their coaching journey.

Applicants agree to complete USA Fencing Coach Member requirements, attend monthly virtual sessions and participate in discussions and projects. Selected coaches will receive a tuition scholarship to cover the cost of a 2023-24 USA Fencing Coach membership and a $300 stipend. The Fellowship will run June - November 2023.
