Seller Interest Form - MIXED BRAND
Mixed Brand Seller Application

This form is your application to be considered for the upcoming Mixed Brand resale week.

Please note: Preference is given to sellers who have recently participated in prior sales/social club events.

Completing this form does not guarantee a seller spot. All applications will be reviewed. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation by email and/or text with drop-off dates, mail-in instructions, and next steps.

All mail-in items must be received by December 13th. Seller drop off is scheduled for:

Tue, Dec 9: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Wed, Dec 10: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Late Night Shopping!)
Thu, Dec 11: 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Fri, Dec 12: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Unsold mixed brand items must be picked up throughout sale weekend in February or during the week after when the boutique is open. Due to space limitations, any remaining items not collected during that time will be donated.

In the paragraph section, please clearly list the items and brands you wish to sell. A detailed list of accepted brands is posted on the website.

Mixed brand submissions are ladies-only.
Lilly items may include ladies, men’s, and children’s—as long as they meet the quality guidelines.
You are also welcome to sell Lilly only during this event.
