The Results Team .com Inc (TRT) agrees to pay you, Independent Contractor (IC), as outlined in the worksheet used for the program IC has purchased, for retrievals of surplus funds or flipping programs if and when profit is realized from a successful retrieval or flip.
Terms/conditions:
1. TRT will send a 1099 at year end to IC for amount paid to IC. IC will provide all requested tax information to TRT for that purpose.
2. Payments from TRT will be made by check or direct deposit. If there is a need for a wire payment, the cost of the wire will be deducted from the commission.
3. If a check is not cashed by IC for 60 days, or if IC does not respond to TRT requesting information necessary to send payment, the payment will be sent to the NC Treasurer’s office as unclaimed funds and IC will have to claim there.
4. IC understands there is no guarantee of any profit, and that IC is not an employee. IC can choose to work the system or not.
5. IC understands and agrees that TRT can cancel this agreement at any time in TRT’s sole discretion for issues with IC’s work quality, ability to follow direction, or conduct (adversarial, inappropriate actions/communication). Any files still being worked by TRT will be paid out if and when profits are realized.
6. IC agrees to all terms outlined in the eBooks, resources page and the support page.
7. IC agrees TRT will only work with a single point of contact for support and file submissions. TRT will not support or pay anyone but IC on files submitted. Further, IC must submit files in their personal name and IC is responsible for those files, even if files are submitted by someone affiliated with IC.
8. The programs and this agreement cannot be assigned or transferred. TRT will only pay the person designated on this agreement.
9. This agreement will not expire, but can be terminated with written notice, and email will count as written notice.
10. In the event a legal proceeding is brought to settle a dispute between TRT and IC, that dispute will be handled in accordance with the laws of NC and will be held in Cabarrus County, NC. IC agrees that if they engage in a legal proceeding and TRT incurs any costs associated with that legal proceeding including attorney costs, IC will be held responsible for those costs if TRT prevails.
11. IC can request email copies of files they sent to TRT at a cost of $20 per file, payable upfront to TRT. Printed copies of files submitted by IC can will be provided at a cost of $50 per file, payable upfront to TRT. TRT will have 30 days from receiving payment to send the email or hard copy files with mailing costs borne by TRT.
