Comp Request Form
This form is to request tickets per the Village Theatre comp ticket policy for Overhires, Substitute Musicians, KIDSTAGE Instructors, and other similar staff.
Once received by Patron Services, a note will be added to the patron record of the indicated person, and they can call the box office to set up their comps. You can use this form to request initial comps as well as to update Patron Services as folx receive more comps per the policy.
