This form is for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade and RCIA for children only. If your child is in high school please fill out the high school form. Religious Education classes start the week of September 18, 2017. All K-8th grade parent(s) are to attend the first session with their children.

  • Baptismal Certificate:

    A copy of the child's Baptismal certificate is required for all students receiving the sacrament of First Communion. If you are enrolling your child in the First Communion class you can provide this certificate two ways:

    1) Scan and upload the certificate with this form
    2) Bring a COPY (not the original) of the certificate to the parish office prior to the start of class

    If your child was baptized at St. Paul and you are unable to locate the certificate please contact the parish office with the legal name of the child (off the birth certificate) and when the child was baptized. The office will look up the information and provide a new certificate for you.

    PLEASE do not wait until the first day of class to contact the office for the certificate.

    Listed below is the payment policy for the Religious Education program at St. Paul Catholic Church for the 2015-2016 school year:

    Tuition and Sacrament Material Cost:

    As with all programs there is a cost associated with keeping the program running. Although we would like to provide this program free of cost to our student we are unable to do that at this time. We work hard to keep the cost as low as possible. This is the fourth year in a row that we have been able to avoid a cost increase.

    In reviewing the materials and supplies needed for the program the following tuition and material cost has been set.

    1) Tuition Cost: $65.00 per student (no family rates)

    2) Material Cost for First Eucharist Students only: $30.00 per student


    Additional Information:

    To assist you with the payment process you are able to pay online with a credit/debit card or PayPal account with this form or pay in-person at St. Paul prior to the start of class.

    New with this school year are the following changes:

    1) Tuition for K-8 and high school students MUST be paid separately.

    2) You are allowed to pay a partial payment online with this registration form and pay the remainder at a later date either online or in-person at St. Paul.

    3) You are allowed to submit the registration form with no payment and pay in-person at St. Paul.

    4) NO CHILD WILL BE ADDED TO A CLASS UNTIL YOU HAVE STARTED THE PAYMENT PROCESS ONLINE OR IN-PERSON.

    5) All tuition and material payments MUST be paid prior to the first day of class.

    6) Refunds are allowed up to the first day of class. After that refunds will only be given with the approval of the Pastor or Business Administrator.

    7) If you are unable to pay for the class in full or partial please contact the Religious Education office.
