Application form for Groton Public School Students ages 4-18 years old.
Residents of Groton, Connecticut are eligible to apply for a library card. Please submit the online application form. Your library card number will be emailed to you within 24 working hours, and the physical card will be mailed to you. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of card.
