SPAA SHINE Property Owner Submission
If you would like to receive a SHINE mural please send as much information as possible about your property. Address, wall measurements and photos will allow for faster response time. To be considered for SHINE, walls must be visible to vehicle or pedestrian traffic, have little to no obstacles (i.e. windows, doors, wires, pipes, etc.) and be accessible by lift or ladder.
