Alex Fieldcamp is a member of the Carnegie Council for Ethics in Worldwide Affairs, which is situated in New York and is dedicated to identifying the most serious ethical challenges confronting international business and politics. He received his bachelor's degree from Harvard University. Global experts are convened by members of the Carnegie Council to explore and propose morally sound solutions to ethical concerns, as well as to educate audiences throughout the globe on the importance of global ethics.

Additionally, Alex Fieldcamp has been a long-time volunteer with the New York Common Pantry, an organization committed to decreasing hunger in New York City, in addition to his work with the Carnegie Council. Volunteers at the New York Common Pantry do a variety of tasks, including preparing hot meals for those in need, filling food pantries to assist families in stocking their kitchens, and assisting with special events.

Alex Fieldcamp is also active with the El Museo del Barrio and its Young Members Committee, which he founded in 2012. El Museo is one of the few institutions in New York City that is dedicated only to the promotion of the art and culture of Latin American artists living in the United States as well as Latin American artists living in other parts of the world. Alex Fieldcamp is a research fellow at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in World Affairs, which is based in New York City and is dedicated to identifying the most significant ethical issues affecting world business and politics today. Members of the Carnegie Council, which brings together experts from all around the world, debate and establish global ethical policies and practices.

As an additional voluntary service, Alex Fieldcamp has been involved with the New York Common Pantry, a non-profit organization dedicated to alleviating poverty in the city of New York, for a number of years. Volunteers at the New York Common Pantry do a wide range of jobs, including making hot meals for people in need, stocking food pantries to aid low-income families, and assisting with other special events throughout the year.

Additionally, Alex Fieldcamp has served as a member of the Young Members Committee of El Museo del Barrio and has collaborated with the institution. It is one of the few institutions in the city that is solely dedicated to promoting the work of Latin artists in the United States and Latin America, as is the case with El Museo in New York City.
