Cookies contain wheat, milk, eggs.

Our vanilla sugar cookies come in two sizes:

Full size cookies average from 3 to 4 inches.
Minis measure approximately 2.5" in size.
All cookies are cut to 3/8 inch thick.
Cookies are individually packaged in a bakery box.

You will receive a response in 1-5 days.

ORDERING:
Submitting this form does not guarantee your order. Please book your order no less than 2 weeks in advance. If you need a sooner date, feel free to ask, as I may be able to accommodate. If we have availability for your requested date, we will email you a customized quote. A digital mock-up will be sent to confirm your vision before invoicing. Once the design is approved and pricing is finalized, you will receive an invoice via Square.

PAYMENT:
For orders over $72, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your pick-up date.
Flexible Payment Option: If you prefer, you may pay the full amount upfront.
For orders under $72 or rush orders, full payment is required within 24 hours.

Please Note: Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of your order.

PICK UP
Pick up is contactless only; no delivery available at this time.
Location: Antioch, 37217.
Exact pick up address and instructions will be included on your invoice.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to pickup day.
If canceled less than 7 days before pickup, the order has already been started and must be picked up on the agreed date.
A cookie care card will be included, providing instructions on freezing cookies. Rest assured, taste and design should not be affected.
The 50% non-refundable deposit paid to book can only be applied as a credit for a future order.

POLICIES
Due to the nature of our products, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Beyond Just Cookies takes no responsibility for damage once items have been picked up.
