No Cigarette butts allowed anywhere
No storage of hazardous substances/materials which may cause a fire hazard
Articles such as clothing, rugs and/or towels may not be hung over any fence or exterior of residence
BBQ's are not permitted within the common areas
Old furniture, appliances and /or other items may not be in Carport, Patio and/or Common Areas
Residences may not be occupied without electrical power
Electrical Power may not be "tapped" or utilized for any other reason

No external changes without approval from the board
Windows can not be covered by sheets, blankets carboard, etc.
Window blinds can not be broken or damaged
Window screens can not be broken, torn and/or damaged
Doors, Security Doors & Door Frames must be in good functioning condition and painted for good appearane
Satellites are not allowed to be attached to any unit
No exterior installation of tv cables to the 2nd level of the unit is allowed
Appliances, beds and trash cannot be viewed over the fence line therefore should not be on any patio
Professionally installed sheds must be painted to match the exterior of the unit
Professionally built, free standing (not attached to the common area structure) pergola must be painted to match exterior of unit
There should be no signs attached to the patio fence
The patio fence must be in accordance with the Associations specifications in Exhibit 1 in Rule book

No firearms, weapons, ammunition and/or brandish any weapon of any kind

No furniture other than specifically manufactured as lawn and/or patio furniture
No hanging of clothes, rugs or any other items on railings, including satellite dishes
