Teacher Grant Application
Teacher Grant applications must be submitted online on or before
Friday, November 18th, 2022
USD 250 Foundation provides teacher grants to support creative and innovative practices that significantly impact the lives of the students of USD 250. Grant requests should align with the curricular goals of the district and school.
Grants may be given to schools, grade levels, departments, classrooms or groups of USD 250 educators.
Grant applications may be submitted for any amount up to $1,500.
The USD 250 Foundation is unable to fund requests for transportation and technology.
The Scholarship/Grant Committee of the Foundation will review the applications and determine which requests will be fully or partially funded. Announcement of awards will be made prior to Winter Break. The grants will be awarded after school resumes in January. It is expected that all expenditures of grant funds will be made prior to the end of the school term in May.

Please attach a narrative for the Teacher Grant. At a minimum, please include the following:
1. Indicate which area of the USD 250 Strategic Plan your project is related: Curriculum, SEAL, Community Partnerships, Communication.
2. Describe your project and how the grant funding will support the learning goals of the class, school and/or district. Include how many students will be impacted by this grant.
3. Explain the evaluation methods that will be used to measure the effectiveness of activities related to the grant.
4. Provide a detailed budget.
