"Hello! My name is Reena, I started my carrer in the call center industry in 2009. I was hired as a customer service representative for a cable company. It was tough, I guess everything was a bit scary at first. I will always remember the first call I took. I've learned so many things about talking to people, emphatizing and making sure that you listen and respond correctly. Overall, I was enjoying work while learning, and earning at the same time.
Most of the jobs I had was customer service oriented, I was trained to deal with emotions first, before quickly acting on a solution, that would benefit both the customer and the company, I had metrics and targets to meet on a monthly basis. It was challenging, but that's how I was able to grow and take pride in the work that I do. I have worked with brands such as DISH Network, AT&T, Orange UK, Tesltra, Synchrony Bank, Asurion, Verizon, and my most recent job was with TMobile.
I always make it a point to learn as much as I can, so I can use it to be successful in the role that I'm taking. I would also like to make sure that I am able to work on my own, or as a part of a team, I appreciate any feedback that's given to me, because I know that it would further equip me to be better in what I do.
I decided to work from home a few months ago, because I wanted to be more present in my kids lives, I want to make sure they have a mom they can always count on to be there for them. I was also inspired by my colleagues who now has successful home based careers. I'm looking forward to have the same success too in the near future. Thank you!"
