This application is for the grant period of Oct. 2024 - June 2025. Application review will begin March 1, 2024.

The Charlotte Hornets Foundation will award grants valued at $100,000 each in the areas of Education, Health, Military Care and Wellness. We are looking for project based grants that will leave a lasting impact in our Charlotte community.

The Charlotte Hornets Foundation will work alongside the winning organizations to fulfill these grants and highlight the work of the organization. For example, if you are seeking a grant for an upgraded technology center, the Charlotte Hornets Foundation will assist in the planning, execution and unveiling of the new space. If your organization is selected, please anticipate working closely with the Charlotte Hornets Foundation and working within its guidelines in areas such as branding and media.

Grant Eligibility:
To be eligible for a Charlotte Hornets Foundation grant your organization must meet all of the following criteria:
• Must be within 40 miles of Spectrum Center (333 E Trade St, Charlotte, NC 28202)
• Cannot be a religious institution or PTA/PTO
• Must focus on individuals in the areas of education, health, military care and wellness
