By submitting your content to petsfluence or our partners , you are hereby granting us and our partners permission to post your content to our/ their social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and more). All content posted to our social media channels will be credited to the account provided along with your submission. Submitted content is never posted anywhere else besides our social media channels and is never used for commercial purposes unless there is a separate agreement and clear consent from the contributor. We do might share your content on our website to show others the content we share.
You are responsible for ensuring that any graphics, text, photographs, images, video, audio or other material you provide to or post on any of the petsfluence platform does not violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party or is provided or posted with the permission of the owner(s) of such rights. Neither do you gave any licencing agreements to others and if you do you will send petsfluence when you do so we have the chance to remove your content from our media.
In addition, please be aware that information you disclose in publicly accessible portions of the Feed will be available to all followers of petsfluence and it's media, so you should be mindful of personal information and other content you may wish to post.
Once a payment is done and we need to decline your submission because your content does not meet our standards we can refund but the transaction fee will be on your behalf. Once you are featured a refund is not possible.
