Midlothian Day Festival Vendor/Crafter Application
Thank you for your interest in joining us for the 44th Annual Midlothian Village Day Festival. Please tell us about yourself and your business by completing the application below. This year's festival will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026. The cost for one 10x10 space is $100, nonprofits with valid 501(c)3 paperwork are $50. Each vendor/crafter/exhibitor is asked to donate an item with a value of $25 or greater for our fundraising raffle. Applications are due by 5 pm on Monday, March 9, 2026. Decisions will be communicated on or before March 31, 2026.
