Please complete this form and press submit. This will authorise Pensions to deduct a small subscription of £3 a month from your pension until further notice. This will entitle you to enjoy a range of benefits and access to sport. You will receive a membership card through the post to your home address in due course. Please register at www.hplsoffers.org for HPLS member benefits after you have completed this form. Please note - The annual subscription is £36 a year (12 x £3 if paid monthly) with an expectation that new members commit to at least 12 months membership. HPLS office is at Netley. Are you interested in playing any police sports? If so which sport?
Would you like to enrol in the Force Lottery if you have not already. Your membership would have stopped on retirement and you need to re-join up. You can subscribe for as little as 92p a week for 16 tickets drawn fortnightly. Current prizes total around 10k per month. No checking required, winners notified by HPLS and published on website. Deductions are taken from your monthly pension.
