Condominium documents of Bay Harbor Club Condominium Association state that:

- All units for single residence only.
- Units when not occupied by its owners have a maximum occupancy of 5 persons including children.
- Tenants and guests are not permitted to bring pets onto any Bay Harbor premises.

I have followed Bay Harbor Club Rules #2 and #4 and I have given the guests a copy of the Rules & Regulations of the Association and asked them to read them.

My guests have received the keys to the unit, mailbox and lobby and they will return the keys to me.
