2019 TICA Annual Banquet
The TICA Annual Banquet and Awards will be held at the Rio Casino & Resort on Saturday, August 31, in the MIRANDA ROOMS 1-8.

*Payment should be sent within 24 hours of reservation.

Drinks & Social at 6:30 PM - Dinner at 7PM - Awards to Follow

Reservations MUST be made by August 6, 2019.

Dinner is $70 per person - we will have tables of 10 available.

Salad:
Caesar Traditional with crispy romaine, shaved Parmigaiano-Reggiano cheese, herb croutons and Caesar dressing

Entree Options:

1. Slow-roasted prime rib of beef, horseradish, whipped potatoes, caramelized onions and young sprouting vegetables

2. Chicken amandine, herb haricots verts, lemon butter, butternut squash and Yukon mash

3. Vegetarian (details coming soon)

All meals include a selection of freshly baked artisan assorted rolls with butter, Rio blend of coffee, decaffeinated coffee and assorted hot tea selections

Iced tea available upon request

Desert:
Key Lime cream tart

There is a cash bar for purchasing drinks.
