Looking for an outgoing person with a passion for bridal, pageant and special occasion. The primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of customer service by demonstrating knowledge in merchandising, selling, communication, and follow up skills.

Job Requirements at any given time:

Answer calls and greet customers
Advanced computer skills are required
Ability to communicate professionally with customers
Ability to learn quickly and handle responsibilities
Build relationships with customers through consistent communication
Follow up with online orders and engage in live chat when needed
Guide brides and bridesmaids throughout their selections & styling
Cultivate and nurture relationships with all customers
Make appointments and record notes in our POS system
Develop knowledge of bridal fashion, trends, designers, fit/alterations, etc.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Control and check dresses and accessories for quality control
Steaming any dresses or veils when needed
Thinking outside the box and can-do attitude
Display merchandise based on presentation guidelines
Process, confirm, and invoice sales orders
Handle customer service needs
Open and close the store when needed
Uploading new items onto the website
Upsell customers on the phone and in-person
Take on additional projects as needed

Hourly compensation plus bonuses
Work 10-20 hours per week for part-time
Discounts for merchandise
Compensation paid weekly
Some remote work may be available
