GROUND TRANSPORT IS AVAILABLE FOR ARRIVAL ALL 7 DAYS OF THE WEEK.

* DELIVERY BY AIR CAN ONLY BE ARRANGED MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

TRANSPORT AGREEMENT:
|
1. I understand and agree that all fees including purchase price and travel cost will be paid in advance of transport being finalized and the puppy physically leaving us.
|
2. I understand and I agree that I will not hold Umpqua Valley Kennels LLC or the transport at fault for changes in the transport due to flight cancelations or Travel delays.
|
3. I understand and agree that it is my responsiblity to have myself or a representative at the Delivery address or Airport to pick up the puppy, regardless of final arrival time.
|
4. I understand and agree that if I cannot be reached nor have I communicated to the transporter - and I am not present (or my representative) at the Delivery address or Airport to pick up the puppy, at the agreed upon time, I will be expected to pay an inconvenience fee of $50.00 per 1/2 hour, to the Transporter at the time I do meet them.
This may seem harsh - BUT -
TRANSPORTERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WAIT MORE THAN 1 HOUR FOR YOU OR YOUR REPRESENTATIVE TO ARRIVE PAST YOUR AGREED UPON TIME.
