One consult fee PER request. If you are needing multiple items made, you will need to submit multiple forms, incurring consult fees for each.

Prior to any estimate being provided you first need to submit this form so I can determine if it is a project that I will be able to take on.
A non-refundable $100 initial consult fee will be required - this fee covers my time of reviewing the information that you have provided in order to try to give you an estimate. Please understand, that all custom work is done on an hourly basis, so an exact estimate is not possible. (Organizations have a different form with a different consult cost).

NOTE: No response will be given to inquiries with insufficient information.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email confirming receipt and determination of whether your request can be done and within your time frame. At this point you will be requested to submit your consult fee in order to move forward to receive your estimate. Payments are to be made via cash or personal check. If your bank offers popmoney, we can discuss this method of payment.
