Children grades K-8th are invited to download the coloring page at www.heartofoakleyfestival.com and then upload the completed color page here. Judges will select one winner from each age group and the winner will be notified to pick up a prize and have their artwork displayed online as well as on the Oakley Civic Center Marquee. Deadline to submit completed color pages is September 14th.
