I/We would like to support the efforts of Outdoor Learning Initiative with a $200.00 sponsorship that will provide Bio Lab programs to be
conducted for school and youth groups in our community.
I/We will be included in the 1 year marketing campaign with an ad/message on the Community Cooperative Card.

I/We will receive 2 Bio Lab scholarships that can be awarded in our/my name to a school or group of our/my choosing in the Morristown/Jefferson City area.
I/We agree to have the promotional content and art logos submitted no later than June 15th, 2019 so that Community Cooperative Cards can be produced and distributed in time for the upcoming
academic school year.
