Refunds
Please let us know which refund option you would like. Only complete this form once per household.

  • If you would like a different refund option for different campers please explain in the comments section below.
  • Each registration requires a deposit. For example: If you have 3 campers registered or you are registered for 3 weeks of camp and you select to leave a $100 deposit we will hold $300 of the fee and roll the remaining balance into a monthly payment plan (charged on the 15th of the month) ending on June 15th.

    If you need to switch to a different week or cancel later on, no problem, just give us a call and we can do that for you. We will waive all cancellation fees for 2021 until June 15th, 2021.

    If we do not currently have a credit card in our system, we will phone you to acquire your credit card information.
  • You will be issued a tax reciept for any amount over $25.
  • We will automatically register your camper for the same week and program in 2021 and carry the full registration fee from 2020 to 2021. If you need to switch to a different week or cancel later on, no problem, just give us a call and we can do that for you. We will waive all cancellation fees for 2021 until June 15th, 2021.
