WMBA Council Nomination Form
1. The term of the office for WMBA Council is one year from the date of election until the next Annual General Meeting
2. Any eligible member may nominate themselves or another eligible member
3. A nominee must accept/reject their nomination by attendance at the AGM or by proxy letter prior to voting, if required. A nomination will be deemed accepted if nominating self
4. Nominees for the positions of President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary may only be from active Council members during the fiscal year immediately preceding the Annual General Meeting
5. Nomination forms must be received 2 weeks in advance of the Annual General Meeting to be valid
