Home Owner Agreement

We hereby agree, as home owners in Imperial Golf Estates, to conform to the guidelines and provisions of Imperial's Architectural Criteria and any variances approved by the Board of Directors. In addition, we will accept full responsibility for work performed by our contractors to include the completion of work in a timely manner, disposal of debris, and damage and impacts to adjacent property.
