Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our puppies.

We want to make this a stress free enjoyable experience for you.

We will keep you up to date with information about your puppy as it grows until it is time for your puppy to go to its new home.


DEPOSIT

A deposit in the amount of $1000.00 is required to hold the puppy. A 3.5% handling fee is added if paying by Credit/Debit card.

The Base amount of your deposit is applied to the purchase price of your puppy.

The deposit signifies that the Buyer intends to follow through with the purchase of the puppy from the Seller.

In the event that the Buyer cannot follow through with the purchase of the puppy, the deposit is forfeited and NO refund will be given.

The best policy is to be absolutely sure that you want this particular puppy before you send your deposit!


REFUND OR TRANSFER OF DEPOSIT

If by tragic accident, the puppy were to die or be determined to have a congenital defect that prevents the puppy from being a companion animal, a full refund of deposit will be given to the Buyer.

OR

If the congenital defect affects sight or hearing and is still desired by the Buyer, the puppy will be offered to the Buyer at a significant discount.

If there is another puppy available that the Buyer wants to put the deposit towards, the deposit can be put towards that puppy.

If the buyer wishes, the seller will hold the deposit towards a puppy from a future litter.

In that event, this is the ONLY circumstance in which the buyer would receive a "First Pick" position of future litters.

THE SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VOID THIS TRANSACTION AND REFUND THE DEPOSIT, IF WE FEEL THERE IS ANY REASON THE BUYER MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR THE PUPPY.

We can take up to 30 days to return or refund your deposit.


PUPPY PICK UP

The Buyer agrees that all pickup dates for the puppy will be scheduled between 10 and 11 weeks of age, unless seller agrees to make an exception based on what is best for the puppy.

The Buyer agrees that a deposit will hold a puppy for a reasonable amount of time - we prefer no longer than Eleven weeks of age or one week from the time the deposit is placed if the puppy is 10 weeks or older.

If the puppy is not picked up by 11 weeks of age (or 1 week within the deposit being placed), there will be a $20 a day boarding and care fee.

The outstanding balance shall be paid to and received by the Seller before the Buyer shall obtain possession of the puppy or any registration papers and health records that are provided to the Buyer.

The balance due must be paid for in cash, credit card or cashiers check when the puppy is picked up OR 3 days before being transported/delivered.

*NOTICE*

If the puppy reaches 11 weeks old and you are unresponsive to our attempts to contact you thru your telephone, email and emergency contacts to arrange Pick up, the puppy will be placed in another home and You forfeit Your deposit. You will also be disqualified for any future puppy placements.

We the Seller's, guarantee all papers on stated registered puppies. We make no guarantees of your puppy’s mature size, or that it will be show, or breeding quality.

Puppies are secured by deposit in an "as is" state,( in reference to your choice of puppy at an early age), where exact color and coat pattern may change, and personality is not apparent.

All sales are final and irreversible with the only exceptions being those as stated above.


I THE BUYER, HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE DEPOSIT CONTRACT. I THE BUYER HAVE RECEIVED GENERAL AND BREED SPECIFIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS (ONLINE/ VERBAL/ PRINTED), AND UNDERSTAND THE HEALTH CARE, NUTRITION AND TRAINING THAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS INDIVIDUAL PUPPY/DOG, AND I AGREE TO PROVIDE IT. 

I AM COMMITTED TO BEING PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY PREPARED FOR THIS PUPPY. 

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IF I AM NOT PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY PREPARED AND DO NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE REQUIRED READING THAT I WILL NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE THIS PUP AND THE SELLERS WILL RETURN MY DEPOSIT AND REFUSE TO PLACE ANY PUPPY WITH ME. 

This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement or verbal agreements made by either party that are not contained in this written contract shall be valid or binding.

This contract may not be modified or altered except in writing and signed by both parties. Violations of this contract will constitute BREACH OF CONTRACT.
