Personal Statement
In 150 words or less, please tell the voters about yourself, your Co-op philosophy, and your thoughts for the future of the Co-op.
Please consider including the following in your candidate statement:
1. Current or past (paid or volunteer) experience, training, and education relevant to the position.
2. A description of what interests you about holding a Trustee position with the Co-op.
3. What you hope to accomplish as a Trustee.

Sample Candidate Statement*: My first experience working with alternative food stores was with the San Francisco food co-op way back in 1974, and I’m excited about the opportunity now to get involved in a more hands-on way with Sno-Isle Co-op. In my 20 year career as a nurse midwife, I have worked with a board of a non-profit birth center, held offices in my professional organizations, and can bring a broad, experienced perspective to this board. *Used with permission from the author
