Join the 18th Annual Volleyball Business Exchange on Wednesday, December 16, 4:30–6:00 p.m. This fast-paced event features 5-minute meetings between club directors/representatives and convention exhibitors.

  • HOW IT WORKS

    • Each exhibitor has 5 minutes to share how their product/service benefits each club
    • When time is called, club representatives rotate to the next exhibitor table
    • All appointments are required to ensure a valuable experience for both attendees and exhibitors. Skipping or refusing to move when time is called is not permitted
    • Maximum of 18 appointments per club representative during the 90-minute event

  • REGISTRATION DATES

    • PRE-REGISTRATION: August 11 – December 3, 2026
    • LATE REGISTRATION: December 4-14, 2026
    • ON-SITE REGISTRATION: 4:00 - 4:15 p.m. on December 16, 2026

    • Only one registration form per club is required
    • Clubs may send up to two representatives
    • One $150 rebate check will be issued per club
